I thought this was Feivel (or is it Fievel?) the mouse from an American Tale movie but when I started looking around on the internet for comparisons, I’m not seeing this exact one. The tag reads"1989 Universal Studios, Hollywood" I find many Feivels but they are wearing different clothes and the face is a little different.

Yes, this is Fievel.
I don’t know if he originally came with pants, but the character does wear pants in the movie, An American tail. The movie is a Universal Studios film that came out in the 80’s.
