So I’m not new by any means to online selling as I have an Ebay account and also have an Etsy shop. It is very hard for me to get use to the layout of Bonanza and I’m excited because I got an offer on one of my items, which I decided to accept. It “sold” 3/20/16, but the status says accepted, awaiting checkout. I’ve contacted the buyer twice, the first time explaining that this is my first sale on Bonanza and to please bear with me as I learn the ropes. The 2nd time because I wasn’t sure if she got my first message and to let her know that I accepted her offer and to please proceed with PayPal. I haven’t heard from her at all. Also it shows 2 orders but when I click on it has a green 1 order and then 1 blue by feedback. I’m confused. Did I get 1 order or 2 and why am I not able to see the other order. Can someone please help me? Bonanza seems to be a bit confusing. I also tried to call Bonanza but apparently you can’t talk to them unless you have a membership?

You have made 1 sale I believe. The blue means you need to leave feedback for the sale you made. There is not much that you can do until the buyer pays. You can go to their profile page to see when the last time they were on Bonanza was. As for the membership question I’m sorry but I can’t help with that one. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable than I will be along. An way, Welcome to Bonanza!

This is one reason why I dont like to approve orders, i did it for awile and i never had a buyer pay….I like it better when they can just purchase and pay for it right then and there…..But welcome to bonanza! yes, the layout is a bit difficult to understand since the last update they did to the site, but you will get used to it….it does look like 2 orders they way they do that (which i hate btw arggg lol) but tammie is correct, one is for a sale and the other 1 is to leave feedback…..I hope your buyer does return tho…Good luck to you!

Sometimes people will just leave you hanging, because they were more interested in knowing what you would take for an item than they are in actually buying it. There are a myriad of reasons why they do that…none of them that are good.

Make sure you set up your account so you do not have to approve orders. Most often buyers don’t come back, they want to just purchase and pay.
