Item details are vanishing

Good morning all,

I started noticing this yesterday and now I need to know if anyone else has starting noticing the item details are vanishing from their listing? I’m in shock at the moment, so I really don’t know what to do, or how to find which listings are affected.

Here’s a screenshot of an item that has lost information. The system is keeping the UPC code, but nothing else in this section.

I did send a request for help yesterday when I first noticed, but now it seems to be a BIG issue as I am finding more and more of my items missing the information entered into the system

I am concern as I enter each item individually, just so there are no errors like this. Now with 1,100 items I am worried as the holiday season is just days away.

Anyone else seeing this?

I noticed this as well. I have only started to listed a few items to make sure theres no glitches, and today I have fix one item at least three times. Just keeps disappering.

Thanks for writing to the forum, there’s always great sellers here ready to help!

We would recommend that you go to Selling>Batch Edit Items and in the toolbox click on Item Traits. You will see a list of your items with all the traits assigned to them. If you find errors, you can click next to the items then click on Edit traits for all filtered items.

We see you already have written to support, so you can respond back to that email at any time with further questions or concerns.

I just went and edited an item and all of the item detail fields were just fine – and just as I filled them in. That’s very odd. I hope someone can help you out!

Me too. It happens on every one of my listings, sometimes more than once. Pain in the arse, all time

Try restarting your computer. I have problems with my email and other sites doing that. Another thing is restart your modem. I have to do that on Ebay because me messages take so long to load

Thank you all for your responses.

This is the second time this has happened and both times it has to do with my Hallmark listing. It is ONLY the Hallmark brand listing. Everyone had all the item traits missing, condition, brand, MPN, etc. Just like picture. I was unaware of the batch edit option, so thank you very much. Made this task a bit less frustrating.
