Item never received

I ordered an item and never have received it. I have sent the seller several message and have not received any response. The tracking information shows it being picked up and going to one stop in Florida. Now I will not be at the location that I had it shipped to as it was a Christmas gift. Please advise what action I should take.

There are a few options you could [URL removed]

1. If the item is in transit and not delivered, you can file a lost item claim with the shipping company.

2. Check the last time your seller was in their booth as they might have gone on vacation without realizing you did not receive your item.

3. File a claim with your payment company for non-receipt.

4. Arrange for someone to pick up your item should it get delivered to the original destination.

Best of luck and hope this works out for everyone involved soon.

#1, if the item is still in transit, it is not lost. Sometimes it does take awile to be shipped

I’m battling a major retailer over a lost in transit shipment (I’m the buyer). Both FedEx and UPS reportedly had major problems with holiday shipping traffic. That said, many sellers buy insurance from shippers to cover lost/damaged items. Hopefully, you’ll get a reply ASAP.

You could contact support here on Bonanza (could take awhile) or if you paid by PayPal, and as much as I would hate to get them involved, take your case to them and get a refund. . Maybe someone else on here has a better or different solution. You could consider going to the Post Office and see if they can locate the item. I feel your pain. It’s always such a pain trying to locate a package. Even harder to get in touch with a seller. Good luck and hope you get it resolved. :)

When did you place the order? I have mailed items out and watched the tracking, and in many cases the items were not even scanned at the post office, and my items, some of them, were taking up to 10 days to be delivered!! So, it depends on when you ordered it and if its still in transit., and if you told the seller it had to be there by Christmas. If you cannot contact the seller, then I would contact the credit card company you used to pay for it, or if it went thru paypal contact them and see what they say to do.
