Items not searchable on bonanza - why?

I have added 5 listings in the past 3 days & they still are not searchable on Bonanza unless you are in my booth then you can see them. They are not restricted items & I’ve been selling here for 5 yrs. I have written the help desk twice with no response. I also have updated the site several times & still they can’t be searched on Bonanza. Any thoughts?

Hi @gozerscloset,

Thanks for your post and so sorry for any trouble you are having! We do see that you’ve opened a ticket request and one of our agents will help you out via that communication channel as soon as possible. Continue to update your booth frequently from the “Add or edit items” page—it’s possible the recently listed items missed one of our indexing cycles. We have received a notification from our development team to let us know that the indexing cycles have been running slower and less frequent than usual, however, this has been fixed today so hopefully the items will get indexed into search soon.

Thank you for your patience and so sorry again for any inconvenience caused. We will be in touch via support@bonanza.com.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
