Just sold laptop that was sold on ebay six weeks ago

My first laptop sale in a while, and I find it was already sold. Not only is my booth set to auto-purge items gone from ebay, I did a manual purge a few weeks ago. Not sure what happened but it is not good.

Can’t enter my own tag here either. Chosen tag has nothing to do with the subject.

OUCH! That Sucks! I’ve caught a few of those ebay imports that didn’t get delisted when they sold on eBay. Usually, its because I had relisted the item on eBay previously, or changed something. Never had one actually end up selling on Bonanza though, I’ve always caught them.

@[URL removed] You were looking more closely than I. I was operating on the assumption that I could run the ebay store and let Bonanza sync automatically. But it’s a hard set up to understand, I find. BW.

I’m sorry this has happened to [URL removed]

Is it possible, by any chance, that after the manual operation, Your automatic set has been left off? Or that You didn’t remove this particular item back then?

Please, check Your settings once more here on this page https://www.bonanza.com/booths/ebay_item_import/GoldenRuleComputing, just to be absolutely sure.

I contacted Support and they confirmed that my settings were correct, and they don’t know why the item remained. They suggested doing another manual purge, which I did as soon as this happened, and then check visually. BW.
