Today, I had a 1022 items on my Bononza Store. I manually put 9 items on my eBay store. Then I manually import synced my items from my eBay store over to my Bononza store just to realize after the sync I now only have 671 items. It took me a month to manually put my items on my Bononza store and I have worked very hard and many hours doing this. How can I retrieve the 361 items I lost on my Bononza store? Any detailed help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,
Doris

Hello @Doris_Daily_Deals,
Thanks for writing and so sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like you may have the “Always remove from my Bonanza store” option checked in your import settings. If the importer comes across a listing which is no longer present on eBay, it will remove that item from your Bonanza booth when you have that setting checked. We have restored your deleted items. You will need to review the items and then update your booth to post them for sale. Please ensure that we did not inadvertently restore any items which are no longer available (we are only able to restore all items which have been deleted from your Bonanza booth, so there may be some items you no longer have in stock).
If you run another sync in the future, make sure to update the advanced settings to “Never remove” prior to initiating the sync if you do not want those items to be taken out of your Bonanza booth.
Hope that helps. Let us know at support@bonanza.com if you have additional questions.
Thanks!
The Bonanza Team

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
