I’m confused about the process of reviewing the items I imported form ebay.
I want to review each item before it is posted. After I make any necessary changes I click Save … and now the item has a green dot (For Sale) next to them. But I have not Updated My Booth yet. So are the green dot items visible to the world?
The reason I have not yet clicked Update My Booth is that I don’t want the orange-dot items (ready to post) to go live until I review them.
I have over 200 items so it’s going to take me awhile to review them. Just wondering if the ones I’ve already approved are actually available for sale in the meantime.
Any help appreciated, thank you!

Go to Batch Editor and change them all to Reserved status. Review as necessary and change them back to For Sale status

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
