I am evaluating Bonanza – but probably due to my inexperience cannot locate the ability [URL removed]
1. Use Merchandise Sync Pro for FTP updating of inventory.
2. Automate daily download of orders (other than having a CSV file emailed). I would prefer an FTP option.
3. File upload of tracking and automated marking of orders as shipped. I would prefer FTP for this too.
I am hoping that some more experienced sellers can point me in the right direction. (I signed up to a trial Gold membership in case this is need to enable some of the functionality). Thank you.

One of the new site improvements listed on our My Bonanza page is “Removed FTP link from CSV Import page”. Reason given is Bonanza no longer supports FTP. Consider contacting support here at Bonanza to see if they will reconsider FTP.

But can i use “Merchandise Sync Pro, Auto-sync your inventory file via FTP” if i start for example gold subscription programs, thank you
