Minnesota charges no tax on clothing

How do I set up my account to not charge sales tax for clothing? Zero is not an option. I will be mainly be selling women’s clothing.

While you can set up a sales tax for your state, there appears to be no way to tax (or not tax) certain categories of items. Therefore, your best option would be to let the system charge the sales tax on those purchases of clothing and then you can do a partial refund back to your buyer for the tax that was charged.

I see that you only have three items in your booth at the moment (all of which are clothing). If you continue to list only clothing, then you could simply leave the tax collection out.

Or, if you plan to have other (taxable) items, you could always set up a second Bonanza booth so that you can separate clothing from other items. That way you could set up sales taxes in that second booth. For a second Bonanza booth, you will need a second email address to register. However, you can still use the same PayPal email address in both booths to collect your payments.
