I’m new here and was wondering…I have seen some listings that will advertise the same item but in multiple colors and sizes and they are all on one listing, A variation.. How do I do that? I am a basic user. Do I need to upgrade my account to do this?

No you will not need to upgrade but it is
Dependent on the category you are wanting to use…
When You make a listing there is a section in the traits that say [URL removed]
Choose Many Colors
then you will be given the option to add additional colors and quantities
If Color is not offered as a item trait variation then you will not be able to do it.
However, you can suggest to support that the color trait to be added to the category
