Hi, I used to have the option to add my own Identification #s on the Merchant SKU section but the option is no longer there..
How do I get it back…?

Hello @Klassy_Klassics,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the trouble. It sounds like the category you’re using for your listings may not have the item trait you are looking for.

We have a tool that gives you the ability to suggest traits via the above link. When you go to that page, you will be asked if you would like to suggest a new trait (This means that there are currently no options for the trait you are trying to add), or you will be asked if you would like to add to an existing trait (This means that there are already choices, just not the trait you would like to use). Once you suggest a trait, our team will review and approve it. We review traits every day. After the trait has been approved, you will get an email telling you so and at that time you can edit your listing and the trait option will show.
Hope that helps and we apologize for any inconvenience.

hi….. This particular Action (or trait) is not new. I used it over 100 times to designate my Booths special ID #s and all of a sudden it was gone….?

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
