My booth is not synchronized with amazon

Inventory in my booth was not reduced after Amazon sales.

We see that your most recent sync completed successfully on May 10, 2016 at 4:27am (PDT) and that 12 sold items were removed from your Bonanza booth. If you are still experiencing issues, please send links to examples of 2-3 listings which should have been removed during the sync to our support department, where we have the tools to review your account and offer [URL removed]
