My favorite sellers have disappeared in my save section, anybody else have this problem?

Same here! I had to go back in and add my favorites again. Some of my follows stayed others were missing. The only way I found out, when a seller lists a new item the email stopped coming. I had to re-sign up there as well.

I noticed that people who had selected me as a favorite seller I was no longer in their list. I thought maybe they had deselected me. So it must be the whole site. I hope their lists isn’t gone forever.

I sent a note to Tech Support asking if a Representative could come over and shed some light on the subject. We are all having to re-add all our favorites and followers.

Hi Madison,
Thanks for writing about finding favorites in your booth. If you click on the Follow or Favorite buttons the seller goes to your notification page in your booth. You can then select if you want to receive notifications from these sellers. You can get to the notification page by pointing to Account at the top left of the page and then in the drop down menu click on Booth Settings. Click on the menu option for My Notifications. You will see your list there.

There was a bug in the system which may have caused some favorites to become removed from your list. It has been addressed and will not happen moving forward. We appreciate everyone’s help with this, especially Rita with MomentsInThyme!
