Hello there.
I have a buyer that is interested in purchasing an arm rest for a truck from me. He is based in Canada and I quoted the shipping cost which was agreed upon. He says he needs some help with checkout since he is new to Bonanza. I said that he could pay for the part with a PayPal account, all that has to be done is the email and information for PayPal has to be entered into his Bonanza account.
He has since replied with a question on finding the total in Canadian dollars, which I don’t know how to do. So I figured I’d turn to you to help me help this buyer along. This is only the second international sale I’ve had on Bonanza, and the first was through the now closed GSP.
Thank you for any and all help.

Hi @All_My_Collections,
Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. All prices on Bonanza are listed in US dollars. They will then display to buyers in the currency for their location set by their Internet Service Provider. The currency which prices are displayed in can be changed at any time by scrolling to the bottom of any Bonanza page and clicking the location/currency link. The buyer can set their location and currency for Canada, then save changes prior to checking out. If the buyer changes their currency to Canadian Dollars, that is how you will receive the payment in your PayPal account.
Hope that helps. Let us know at support@bonanza.com if you have any other questions.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
