No activity on bonanza since 3 months now..

Since I began listing 3 months ago .. I do not have sales activity at all. Does Bonanza provide any exposure for new booths?
I do nt want to pay any advertising until i see how this site works.

I started Etsy at the same time and have great sales activity.
I would think Bonanza would provide some exposure in order to make any kind of money.

first off, welcome to bonanza

Secondly..you do not pay for advertising you select the amount you are willing to pay as a final value fee when you advertise your items and only if it sells, ..You never pay for advertising up front (bonz does), but you have to opt in first

So essentially if you do not choose at least 6% to get your items listed in google shopping (aka Google Product Search) then you will have absolutely no exposure unless you are doing it yourself through social media …

SO…
From someone who has worked with bonanza since the Bonanzle [URL removed]

The best part of advertising with Bonanza, the seller pays nothing until something sells. And then only a final value fee. In all the years I have been in advertising, I have never had an ad campaign that would let me pay only if something sold. I pay whether the ad campaign is effective or not. I kind of like not having to pay for ads unless it works and my item sells.

Go and select 6 or 9% (you will only pay up to that percentage) and sign up for google…then tweet some items if you have a twitter account, pin if you have pinterest…both of those percentages are quite a bit less that both amazon and ebay and are only paid when the item sells…no other fee, unless you get a monthly premium account…

PS
Please note that the min fvf is $0.50 so your $5.95 item will show as an 8.4% final value fee even if you sign up for the 6% max…only because the min fee is a higher percent of the item cost…

EmbellishMart is correct, you need to promote your items on this site. Plus the last couple of months have been slow, but now it may start picking up due to kids being back in school and holidays right around the corner.

Also, you may want to clarify your titles some. Put the most important words first…..You have for instance on one [URL removed] “Urban Clip On Classic 2” Round Carved Ridge Texture Diva Hoop Earrings nwt" Why not put something like “Hoop Earrings NWT Textured 2” Round" Urban Clip On" Something like that, dont put un-neccessary words in the title, let them read the rest of the description in the body of the ad…..
I always put whatever the item is in the 1st few words, or the brand name of the item first then what the item actually is.

It IS important to put, for the first word or so, what the avg customer is seeking. Think what language the avg person searching the Net/venue would use.

Hi [URL removed]

I’m new and I have exposure in the marketplace, and happy to be on the 2nd/3rd page or further back. I’m not yet a paid member. My products also show at Google Shopping. Bonanza may not be on par with Etsy/Ebay with regards to traffic/sales, but it’s a great venue with lots of help and features, and this wonderful Community.

Better sales at any venue are realized with increased marketing and promotion. Good luck in your pursuits,
