Not all ebay feedback is importing?

I imported my eBay feedback, but it’s showing I only have 290 feedbacks in my Bonanza account. On eBay I have over 337 feedback ratings. On Bonanza I had 50 feedback ratings without import. So I should have at least 387 feedback ratings. Please help. My feedback with it combined is showing at a 97.9% however, on Bonanza my feedback is 98% and on ebay it’s 98.6% (because of 1 negative review). Please help.

Perhaps this will help…information from Bonanza for another seller

Sorry for the confusion. Currently our system will import up to 5000 of your most recent eBay feedback as a seller only. Our importer is designed to import unique (registered eBay users) and non-unique feedback (non registered eBay users). Our importer will also only import the feedback number, not your feedback text/comments.

Any inconsistencies with your feedback are most likely from your non-unique transactions on eBay. Our importer cannot tell the difference between the two and we do not have the ability to manually edit the imported feedback.

At any time you can delete your imported eBay feedback by revisiting your feedback page and clicking on the delete link (the “Delete” link is at the bottom of the feedback page). If you need additional assistance, please contact our support team at support@bonanza.com or you can click on the “Contact” link on the bottom of any Bonanza page.

Thank you; Based on my rating, would you suggest I delete my imported feedback so I have a 98% feedback score, but only 91 transactions, but those are from 2013 (when I last sold on here), or leave it at the 97.9% with the imported feedback? Which do you think would be more attractive?

That is your judgement..personally I don’t any attention to anything ebay…and unles the FB is extremely low, I barely pay attention to that either…

Thank you for your input

I would leave the feedback imported from eBay. Why? Because it shows that you have a lot of transactions under your belt at a very high positive feedback rating.

Let me put this into another perspective for you… the difference between 97.9% and 98.0% extrapolates to only ONE additional negative feedback left out of 1,000 total ratings. (.001 × 1000 = 1). That means that if you had a total of 1000 feedbacks, the total number of negative feedbacks would either be 20 (at 98% rating) or 21 (at 97.9% rating).

Your decision whether to keep the eBay feedback or remove it really doesn’t affect your abilities as a seller, so err on the side of having MORE feedback. Now, if the choice was between 95% and 99% (or 100%), then that is a completely different discussion.

Only your ratings as a seller are imported, not any of your buyer numbers. Are all of the 337 feedbacks as a seller or a combination from buying and selling?
