I have been on Bonanza for six months and only 1 sale. Can the community take a look and tell me what I may be doing wrong. Thanks.

Hi RASVUNYL,
Here at Bonanza sellers promote themselves along with the help of other sellers by using sites such as Pinterest by pinning items to catagory boards which other pinners find of interest, Twitter with Tweets, etc. Other sellers will help by promoting you such as [URL removed] Customseatcreations. Please take a look at her booth to see the examples of how she promotes sellers. In her chat you will see examples of how other sellers promote her booth. You can create an account at Pinterest and share your board with other sellers. You can also create an account at Twitter. There is also a Bonanza train which is organized for Monday’s by Annimae which you can join and travel throughout other seller booths to see how sellers promote their booth as well as any seller who joins the train.
By promoting, your booth stats change to a higher level of views which in turn brings sales. I can’t promise that your going to have sales every day, but your booth needs to be worked in this manner to see an outcome of sales. I would start with these simple steps as I was once where you were at until I traveled around Bonanza to get to know other sellers and reach out to ask questions. I will pin a few of your items on Pinterest so you can see the examples in your booth. Good luck!
Merry Christmas!
Rita

I tweeted a few of your items…but there are no descriptions
The first 250 characters of your item descriptions go to google and it is the part of the description that someone sees google organic…if there is nothing there, then why bother to click further to check out the items
Use those characters for some key info that may draw buyers to your store…
Organic search of one of your items

As you can see only your etsy listing appears in the 4th place and has the least amount of information. Since the listing is exactly the same as it is on Bonz..google will probably only return one of the listings…google does not like duplication (google will return the listing with the stronger reputation)
Google Shopping Search

Your item placed 3rd and your Bonz store is on the list
So they are being seen…just haven’t found the right buyer yet
Tweet
Make a facebook business/commerce page and use the bonanza app that will list your items on the page
Here is the link that will put your items on a business page

Here is what it will look like when it is set up

Your items are not easy to sell and will need to use every available option (FB, twitter, pinterest, and any other social media you can think of)….
I tweet daily several 100 tweets a day and still barely manage to compete for the vintage items, and barely with new items..
Oh and google is changing their search parameters and webtools again..so everybody’s sales will tank again…

Hello [URL removed]
Along with the suggestions of the others, you should consider ramping up your marketing to your niche demographic. What you are selling is very specialized, and how many households have turntables? Can you talk about turntables and/or point your visitors to good deals on them? Do you have a blog, where you write about retro stuff?
The more you share with your niche demographic, the more exposure you’ll receive.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
