Hi Jennafashionboutique,
Thanks for reaching out. That payment status indicates that money has been removed from buyer’s account but has not been deposited into seller’s account
Once payment is claimed, order will be complete and will appear under seller’s “recent sales”, as well as in buyer’s “recent purchases”.
If you have already logged into Amazon Payments to claim the funds, you will want to let us know at customer support so we can manually mark the order as paid.
If you need additional assistance please let us know.

It sounds like the payment has not been verified by amazon,…so it is under offers because the transaction is not yet complete….

amazon sent me an email to “Ship Now” that your amazon sale is official!

If it is in offers, then you should have the option to “mark as paid”,You should also comfirm by logging into amazon and checking on the order if you have not yet done so.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
