Assuming you mean Bonanza, the site has chosen not to provide telephone assistance.
If you mean buyers and sellers, the individuals themselves have the option to provide that information or not. For some, their life styles – job, travel, etc. answering in a timely fashion is not always possible, which is a frustration for the person who is looking for an answer.
