Prices have automatically been discounted?

Signed up today, imported all items for sale, from ebay, and it looks as if Bonanza automatically, and without my approval, discounted all my items for sale. I have not yet activated my account because of this action. What can I do to get this corrected?

Thanks for any help!

When your imported your items from eBay, you probably missed the (default) checkbox that automatically discounted your prices by 1%. In order to bring your prices over unchanged, you would have had to uncheck that option. Or, you could have set the discount to even a higher level. The thinking behind this is that the lower Bonanza fees will offset the discount and you would increase your sales on Bonanza.

You will find this option in the “Import Options” section on the “Import from eBay” page.

IMO, the easiest thing to do is to delete the items and then re-import them.

Good to know about the default check box. I hate those things. They sneak up on you.

That happened a couple months ago too.

They slashed a jacked up price & put our regular price as if it were on sale .

Called it advertising to make the customer think they were getting a deal.

I thought it was embarrassing for my booth as I have rock bottom asking prices
anyway.

If I wanted my shirts $5.00 higher I think that should be my option to mark them up.

If I want them on sale , I should be the one to mark them on sale.

Guess I should check to see if my booth has the mystery mark up/sale price thing
again.

This is done when the item is imported over here to bonanza, i believe its the default, there is a button to not have it done before importing, just have to check it.

Honestly,it did not bother me too much when they slashed my prices. There is another popular site out there (not ebay) that does this regularly, and i have made some great sales over there because they put the items on sale, but yet, i get the full amount.
