Problem with activation

Hi there!

I’m new to the site, looking forward to it (at least 3 days ago I was ;)

The problem is that I can’t activate my account, used CC which should work easily but it says “whoops, something went wrong… check again, bla, bla, bla” so I did :) Tried various VARIOUS ways, upper, loer letters, diffirent postal code formats, polish names of region, U.S names, etc. And… “whoops, something went wrong… check again, bla, bla, bla” ;]

E-mailed support (couple of hr’s up to 24, yeah… right…)

Any hints?

Regards
Adrian

Yep, the CC is failing. Pls call your CC company and see if they are placing a hold on the card as a protective measure (they sometimes do that as a precaution).

I’m having the same problem. Booth won’t update, and because booth won’t update items won’t go live and hence don’t appear in booth or anywhere else other than a preview only I can see.

Error 563’s require to you contact support to request manual booth approval. Once you do, hang tight, we will do our best to get to you as soon as time permits.

Welcome to Bonanza. Sorry your having difficulties and I really can’t help. Someone like Mark from support will be a long. They can take a look and see what’s happening with your booth.
Wishing you success,
Sharon
