It seems that there are either problems with the listing editor or there is a new listing editor.
When I click on Source and paste my html in for my template and then click on source again, everything is in small text and does not include the image I use in my listings. I am also unable to center lines, change font, etc. It is not taking the format of my template, which is a simple template as you can see from my listings in my booth.
But I am also unable to center, change font, etc, without trying to use my template.
Does anyone else notice anything different or weird about the listing editor today? I emailed in to Bonanza but have not heard anything as of yet, so thought I’d ask here.
Anyone?
Thanks,
Sharon

Hey everyone! So sorry for the trouble on the text editor. We made changes that caused some unintended issues. We’ve since reverted back to the previous version of the text editor until the issues get fixed fully. Newly created listings should appear as they did previously, but listings created during the small window when new text editor was rolled out may need to be updated. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Okay you all. I just got an email back from support.
The good news is that it is not a new listing editor and it looks like we will still have the old one.
Here is their response quoted [URL removed]
“Hi Sharon
Thank you for emailing.
Can you please send me an "old"’ listing that has your HTML in it and it worked fine?
The sooner the better cause tech is looking at it as we speak. "
Editing to [URL removed] They just emailed back and said it is fixed. Clear your browser if the listing editor is not yet showing up right.

Same with me. None of my templates are showing up properly either. Very, VERY annoying, as I was going to list about a dozen items today

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
