I understand the need for a credit card on file, and have no issues doing that. However, it is automatically checked that this card will be used to pay seller fees. I would prefer to pay seller fees with PayPal, I do not want them automatically charged to my credit card. How can I correct this?
I also noticed that the card can be used to pay for “background burns”. That option is not checked, but is there a fee for using the background burner?

Background burner is a membership perk…I believe that without a membership you get 10 per month and then there is a charge..
Each membership is allowed a certain number.
However, I thought that this had been changed recently, but I cannot find the information…so I maybe was mistaken about that

PayPal also offers a Debit Mastercard so you could always keep that as your credit card on file and it will then automatically charge your PayPal account.
