I am considering using global shipping, but there are still some things I don’t understand. If you have several different orders that would be shipping on the same day, do you put them all together in one package/box with each package individually packaged and addressed, and just mail that one box to the global shipping center? And, I read somewhere that the center has to be able to identify what is in each package. So, is there a form you complete that details the description of each packages contents along with the value and where does the unique package ID come from? Most of my items are not new, some are vintage and do not have the UPC or MPN. What do I do in that instance? I am also confused about postage. If you put orders from different people in one box to the global shipping center you have to pay for the postage for each one individually to be able to mark it as shipped, and also to get the tracking numbers through PayPal. Do you then purchase a separate shipping label for the package to the shipping center? How are they scanned to prove they were sent to the shipping center for the PayPal seller protection? I am so confused.

Don’t know the answer to all the questions..because really have not had anyone use Global shipping yet…since I set it up..but

The answer to this is No why would you put packages to different locations in the same box…each purchase has an individual number that has to be on the address label
There is no way for those scanning or processing packages to know that inside are individually wrapped packages to different locations..I imagine it is illegal for them to open addressed packages…here is the info from the help [URL removed]

No. Unlike traditional international shipping that requires paper or digital documentation to be filled out by the seller for customs, we’ve made it easy by removing this process entirely. The global shipping facility takes care of it, your only concern is for the domestic leg of the shipment. This part is filled in according to the category the item was placed in
