I received an order which was paid with a gift card. I have received payment through Paypal, but I don’t know who to send the order to. Payment was received from Bonanza. I contacted support but have heard nothing. I did not receive an invoice from Bonanza. Any ideas? I would like ship the item but I don’t know where. First time this has happened to me.
Thanks,
Sharon

I had a gift card purchase a few weeks ago..
The payment from paypal is the bonanza paying you funds through the gift card and not the buyer actually paying you..(it will say Bonanzacom Inc via Paypal)
There should have been a notification in you email
If you use Bonanza shipping there is a link in the email to print shipping…if not then
Check Selling Dash board
Either click on Sales or click on the blue link about mid page that says Manage all Sales
The invoice should be there…
Click on the packing slip to get the shipping address and use the shipnow link at paypal

If you received payment through PayPal then go to PayPal, sign into your account and there should be a confirmed address to ship to. Then contact the buyer and tell them you are shipping to the confirmed address that PayPal had down for their account. You can also click on the packing ticket link on the order from Bonanza, sometimes there is a shipping address there. Also have you BMailed the buyer?

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
