Sales and no sales

We have 3000 items in our ebay store which we connected to Bonanza.

3000. Of the last 4 Bonanza sales 3 of them were for items we sold on ebay long ago.

Bonanza is doing great at selling items we no longer have. Think we can start working on selling some of the 3000 items we actually have in stock?

This is a real pain. Now we have to return the paypal payment, explain to the buyer that Bonanza messed up (great advertising there, guys) and then wrestle with Bonanza to get our fees back.

Bonanza is not responsible for selling your out of stock items- it’s up to you to make sure they are deleted. Good tips below

ArtistsUnion is correct. You should probably synchronize your Bonanza booth so that items that sell on eBay are automatically removed from your Bonanza booth. Otherwise, you will have to keep up with manually removing items after they sell on eBay.

After all, if you don’t sync the two accounts and have automatic removal, how would Bonanza know when the items sell on eBay?
