Is there a way to suggest a feature to Bonanza?
For example I would like to suggest that there be a way to highlight a bmail message that has not been answered. Messages that are not replied to immediately hurt your seller speed rating and make it look like you don’t care.
If you check your messages (even by phone) it is no longer bold and blends in with all the other messages.

Is a good idea, but you do realize that the response time only applies if the question/bmail comes by way of the Ask seller a Question link associated with an item (the actual link in the listing)….all other messages are not timed…
Contact seller from booth page or profile page is not timed.

The messages will stay highlighted in Bonanza until read, so you have to remember to answer if you do not do so at the time you read. With my iPhone, the same thing happens, it will not stay bold if read. Your idea is great- have a way for a seller to mark the message as unread if he/she cannot respond that moment.
The link below is where you can make suggestions, and it does work. Support does read and respond to these, and we have had a lot of great features come from sellers suggestions here.

I will followup and submit the suggestion to Bonanza. Maybe it will help.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
