We checked this order for you. Ccmom was correct (again!) in that the order needs to be accepted at PayPal.

You may have your paypal set up to only accept sales from confirmed buyers or from buyers with paypal accounts/or from certain locations..if so you will have to go to paypal and accept the payment…
Since it is showing in paypal..then it is a paypal setting that will have to be dealt with..there are other settings in paypal when using it on other sites besides ebay..
If it was an offer OBO here, then you would have to either accept or decline the payment here and the buyer would have to complete checkout if accepted…
If either of these is not the an issue you may have to contact Paypal or bonanza
