Shipping notification

After I print the shipping label for an item is a notification sent to the buyer automatically like EBay?

Thanks

Thanks for the help! Yes the purchase was through PayPal but I then clicked the Bonanza “Purchase Shipping Label” button where I purchase the label through Bonanza. So I don’t know if this sends a notification to the buyer or not.

If you purchased the label, go back and look at the invoice and see if it has been “Marked as Shipped” (If the link is not there, then look to see if tracking is there.) if tracking is there then the buyer has been notified.

Once you enter the tracking at paypal the buyer will also be notified through Paypal too. But if still unsure contact support and ask…bonanza@support.com as I cannot find any info on this. This feature is rather new and many do not use it yet

did you print it here or did you print it at Paypal (shipnow)…

If at paypal and the person purchased through paypal, then yes, the buyer is notified…

Here, once you enter the tracking code on the invoice, the buyer is notified.

As to the using the shipping options here, I do not know for certain as I use paypal for shipping at present. Someone who uses it may come along to answer, but if you used the Buy Now option on the invoice, I am assuming that the tracking will automatically go to the buyer.

Please note though, you will still have to add the tracking and shipping at Paypal or CBA..if you use the onsite option…which again will notify the buyer
