Shipping question?

I’m in the process of setting up my booth, and there’s one thing which worries me a bit…

In shipping section I’ve [URL removed]

“Details are in the item description”

Then I’ve [URL removed]

“I will ship to the selected destinations. Please see details in the item description.”

And finally I’ve checked Europe, United Kingdom and Germany.

Now, the question is; are the customers outside of those selected regions (Europe,Germany,UK) able to buy my items? For example can a customer from USA buy my items?

I’m asking this, because I can ONLY ship to those destinations (EU,UK,Germany) – and not anywhere else.

It appears that you are signed up on the American site, you should have signed up on one of the international sites.

You could contact support@bonanza.com to find out if they can switch you over to the right country.

Or you could close your account and sign up at one of the international sites that corresponds with your location.

In that case you definitely need to contact support@bonanza.com for assistance. I would also try searching for UK sellers on the uk site and message one or some of them from their profile page.
