I’m excited that I sold something here! Only thing is that the Paypal address is unconfirmed. Paypal recommends to contact the buyer to make sure they placed the order. I did that but I have not gotten a reply. Has anyone run across any problems with sending items to an unconfirmed address? No big deal for me, I will send it but I am also wondering if I should put in my listings that I only ship to confirmed addresses?

I get it all the time and have yet to have any problems. Usually, it means shipping and billing addresses are different, ie, person gets mail at Post office box, but package deliveries at home.
I used to contact all the time, but only do it now if the names do not match or the address comes back as different from Postal suggestion as to the correct address.
It is up to you though…

Some peeps forget to change/correct their addresses with PayPal and if you are not concerned about being covered by PayPal’s seller insurance, then ship – but I would wait for a confirmation from your buyer.

I’d ship it! Never had any problems, but that’s not to say there’s a first time for everything. If it isn’t too expensive, send it!

and if unconfirmed and they live in an apt Id put their email addy on the label or phone number so post office or manager at apt can call them. depends what city too. some the postal person is postal, as we all saw by the delivery person throwing the packages from the car on the news. lol rare im sure however ..
and No dont put only confirmed addresses, you loose more than you gain that way

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
