I have order a item they didn’t send it to address

You need to contact the seller about the issue. Bonanza is a very good venue for both buying and selling. However, when you make a purchase, you are dealing with the individual seller.

Please contact the seller. Bonanza is the site that individual merchants sell thru. If you do not receive an answer, and if you paid thru paypal, you can also contact paypal for up to 6 months if there is a problem. Hopefully you get it resolved.
