Good morning everyone! Can someone tell me where the resolution center is? I made a sale (they made an offer, I accepted, sent invoice) 3 days ago, and no payment. Sent email on second day, no response, another email yesterday, no response. I am willing to wait until Monday, but come 9 am Monday, I would like to report them and get a refund on the fee’s.
After searching, I can’t for the life of me find the resolution center. Bonanza MUST have one somewhere, yes no?

“If your buyer has never paid for the transaction…
Go to your Selling > Selling dashboard
Click the “Sales” tab on the navigation toolbar on the left side of the page.
Select “Open offers” and locate the transaction. On the bottom of a transaction record, you will see the option to “Mark as Unpaid” (if the buyer has not paid for the item). This option appears 7 days after the transaction has been recorded. Once you mark the transaction as unpaid, the fees for that transaction will automatically be removed from your bill and the item will be automatically relisted. If you don’t want the item relisted, then make sure that you delete it from your booth afterward If the option to mark a transaction as unpaid is not available on the transaction, then click on the link visible on your fees summary for that month to “Request a refund for a transaction on this bill.” When prompted “Why,” just let us know that the option to mark as unpaid was no longer available. If you mark the item as unpaid after your Bonanza fees have been paid, please contact our support department for a refund of fees."

What ArtistsUnion says is correct…after 7 days you can automatically cancel the transaction. Also there are not fees until the buyer actually pays (or at least there didn’t use to be)
Unfortunately, many times (I would say most of the time)….many do not come back to complete checkout after an offer has been accepted. When I had my “teddy bear” booth years ago, I woud get offers all the time, essentially someone would put mine on hold while they waited until ebay auctions were over. If they won the auction, I would never hear back, if they lost then they would come back and purchase…
