So, who gets the money here?

Apparently I have sold 2 items. Who gets the money? Bonanza has billed me to pay their fees. I have not sold anything, I have not been paid for anything here. How does this work?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Hello @michaelbanksceo,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the confusion. It sounds like you may have received some offers which have not yet been paid for by the buyer. Seller fees are assessed once an buyer purchases a “Buy it Now” item, or once a seller accepts an offer. For offers that have been accepted and are awaiting checkout, the buyer has 7 days to complete purchase. After 7 days, the option to mark the offer as “unpaid” will appear as a link at the bottom of your transaction summary. Marking the offer as unpaid will automatically re-list the item(s) and remove any fees from your Bonanza billing statement. You can read more on the following help [URL removed]

Sellers are paid directly if the buyer uses PayPal (even if the buyer uses a credit card THROUGH PayPal). However, if you haven’t set up your PayPal account correctly, or entered the correct PayPal email address to accept payments, then your funds may be in “limbo” and you might have to fix or claim those funds.

If your buyer paid via credit card then the funds are held by the credit card processing company and released to you after the item is delivered. The typical wait is 10 to 14 days. However, it does not appear that you have the option to pay via credit card enabled in your booth.

So, if this is your first sale on Bonanza, you should explore fixing your PayPal account. Check your Bonanza seller account settings to make sure that you have entered the correct PayPal address that you want your money to go to. This won’t fix the payments you’ve already been sent. You will need to contact PayPal to get access to those funds since the money may have been sent to the wrong email address because of account setup. The buyer has NO option to change the payment address, so this is something you have to fix. It is possible for the buyer to process a refund request through PayPal and they could then pay you again once you have fixed the error, but you may lose out on the sale because the buyer’s money is tied up. Eventually, if those funds are not claimed, they will be returned to the buyer. But, that could take a while (up to 30 days, I believe).

Start with checking your Bonanza seller account to see if there has been an error made on setting up the PayPal address. Good luck.

Your PayPal or other similar account should show the amount of payment you have received. I’m only familiar with PayPal. There you would “Withdraw” money when you want/need it. The withdrawal would be deposited into your bank account. If you don’t show payment into your account but Bonanza shows that you have sales, contact customer service ASAP.

It’s a little scary that you “apparently” sold something…you need to ship quickly to get a good reputation. Hope that answers your question and helps!

We live in a very difficult time, in fact, money has always been important, and now it’s more so, despite the fact that you cannot find a normal job. I found myself playing poker, I’m doing great, the main thing is that the site for the game is similar to this one [URL removed] It is very important for me that there are regular tournaments with Big Jackpots.
