I’m not seeing my avatar nor my banner, are you? They are gold with blue lettering. All I see is a blank and a little pic of a white question mark surrounded by a little blue square. I also could not edit & update one of my listings, I couldn’t reserve it or delete it either…finally I think I deleted it. I don’t know what’s the problem, either. The little tiny avatar is showing, but when I go to my booth I’m not able to see my Avatar or Banner, I’ve logged out, logged back in, to no avail…hmmm?

Bonanza, like lots of other companies, stores its photos for their webpages on Amazon servers. The issue you are having is more than likely related to an Amazon server/storage issue and is not due to any action on your part. It will probably resolve itself in the next few hours.
When I viewed my own booth, it took a little longer than usual for my banner to pop up and display.
Just for giggles… did you try a different browser to view your booth?

Thanks everyone I truly Appreciate all your inputs and suggestions, all is fine now. . .like Tom suggested it was probably a temporary thingie from Amazon’s servers! Blessings to All of You! :)
Carol, that’s rather strange? All my Avatars and Banners and other Graphics are .jpg extensions and doing a right click over them, then, should be able to save or save as a jpg (extension or pic type) into your own computer. No one’s ever told me anything like that before about trying to save and it’s something they cannot
’’open’’ some kind of ‘’box"? Gal ya’ know there’s always…things that make ya’ go ‘’Hmmmm?’’ Have a Great One, DearieGal, no matter what, hon!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
