Strange statement included with Bing/Google search results

I’ve noticed a strange message included in the item description when the item appears in search results on Bing or Google. “See the small card with the code on it? The seller printed that out and included it in the picture to show that they have this item in their possession.” I didn’t include that in my item description. I also notice this message on other sellers items that show up in search results. Is Bonanza trying to add an advisory in their search results?

Use these search terms in a Bing or Google search to see what I’m [URL removed] “See the small card with the code on it?” [URL removed]

Since I also see it with amazon and ebay pictures, I am assuming it is some code added to identify origin of photographs…

I do not see the phrase with a listing, only if I actually search for the term does it appear…I also see it when the photo URL is no longer valid and the image is gone

Posting screenshots would help to understand
