Some time last night – early this morning – my 104 items imported from ebay with a status of Ready for Sale were remarked by the system as For Sale.
I have ebay import set
Never remove items from Bonanza store, even when gone from eBay
Item discounting enabled
Don’t import unsold items
ITEMS WON’T BE POSTED UNTIL YOU MANUALLY APPROVE THEM
Do a one-time purge of all non-active eBay items from your booth
I don’t want the items to go live without my editing to make sure all Traits are ready for Google. Example – Bonanza has never picked up item specific CONDITION during the import which leaves the Condition field blank which gives Google a “used” condition.
My last 3 tickets to Support (Jan 3 – Jan13) have not been responded to as well as an email I sent on Jan 4 marked “high importance” so perhaps someone in the community can tell me why this happened or something to do to prevent it happening again
The all cap line above is to emphasize current setting that was overrode – first time this has happened
any thoughts would be appreciated

Hello @Silverbubbe,
Thank you for writing and apologies for the trouble. We had a look at your eBay sync settings and see that you have indicated to post immediately once your items have imported. If you wish to manually review your listings prior to them going live for interested buyers to purchase, you will want to update your advanced sync settings. Go to your “Import from eBay page” and click the link to “Cancel or revise automatic inventory synchronizing,” then show advanced options. Change the “How many days should we let a newly synced item sit in your booth before putting it up for sale?” drop down to “Do not post until I manually approve,” then reimport your listings to save those settings for your future imports and syncs.
Hope that information helps!
Kind regards,
The Bonanza Team

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
