I just found a seller with a Top Rated seller seal on Bonanza , I was unaware they had this . What is needed to achieve this and what are the benefits ?

Yes, you also have the top rated badge sleekhairbeauty!
I should have one also, unfortunately, not very many buyers leave feedback
on Bonanza.

Lol , Thanks . I didn’t even realize …. I was highly upset when I saw this because we do a decent amount of sales and majority of our products ship within 1 day and “0” returns or complaints . Also any one know the benefits ?

apparently it doesn’t take much nor does there seem to be much benefit to having a top rated seller status on Bonanza…
I have it and I have had only 2 sales on Bonanza in the past 11 months….
and the last feedback I received from a Bonanza buyer was over 4 years ago – back in March of 2012…
a top rated seller designation on Bonanza means having this pretty little icon that seemingly has little bearing on a seller’s performance or success on this site.

I contacted support about this issue the other day and this was the response I received. The rating comes from eBay and only for those who import their items.
“Sellers that import from eBay import their feedback and their Top Rated seller status as well. The top rated status just appears if the seller is rated as such and is importing from eBay”
