Hi,
I’m selling from the United Kingdom, so the postage to my customers here is free and worldwide should be a flat fee but the website just assumes I’m in the US and classes the UK as worldwide. How can I change it so the shipping here is free and worldwide I can add a fee? Tried everything even the Uk website. Any help will be most appreciated. Many thanks Dave.

Bonanza is a USA based site so the shipping default is USA = the first shipping will be for the USA, then go to International Shipping and click on “I will ship outside the US for a flat rate of” – insert 0.00 and check the box for United Kingdom – that will give you the free shipping for the UK. Your listing will show “Free to United Kingdom”. As to how to set up shipping for the rest of the world, I have not done that so cannot offer any assistance for that. Hopefully someone will come along with the appropriate information for you.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
