I can see on other members’s listings this [URL removed] “Verified phone number”.
I’ve provided Bonanza with my cell phone number from the very beginning, but there is no such info on my listings.
I don’t wish to have my cell phone number online, but it’s a positive data for customers to know, that the seller has verified it and it’s available to the B. Support.
So, would it be possible to have this info in my booth as well? Thank You in advance.
On the other hand, when my chat is “off”, there is still an active link “Chat with seller”.
Could this, please, be visible ONLY, when the chat box is actually on, I would appreciate it.

Your booth chat is not showing when I go to your booth. It doesn’t even appear to be available. It may be visible to you even when it is turned off. Just thinking. Is the verified phone number on a seller’s booth a perk with certan membership plans? Just thinking, again.

Thank You, loves_birds, for Your answer.
“Is the verified phone number on a seller’s booth a perk with certain membership plans?”
It’s quite possible, but I didn’t find any answer on ‘help’ pages, that’s why I’ve asked.
“Your booth chat is not showing when I go to your booth. It doesn’t even appear to be available”
At this moment, it doesn’t, indeed. And this is exactly the reason I wouldn’t like to have on my listings (WHEN my chat box is off) this link “Chat with seller”.
It should appear only, when the chat box is opened.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
