What happened to support?

Whenever I contacted support in the past I got an answer from Mark or Judy rather quickly. Now I’m lucky to get a reply at all. If I call paypal I get an immediate response also with Ebay… and they are much larger than Bonanza. Whts the problem with the so called new Bonanza? I am still awaiting a reply to a question….

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry you have not gotten a response yet. Right now we are averaging a 24 hour response time but that time can be much shorter for easier questions (and it could be a bit more if your question requires a more technical response). Thanks for your patience and for your support of Bonanza. We hope to have our response time average down to 12-15 hours in the next 30 days.

Thank you Mark… is there a better way to have items show up in search rather than pay a high price? Ebay items show up in ending soonest and can be seen by everyone. How about letting new listings top the list as that would help sales and your commision.

All items show up in search equally, regardless of your membership level. Relevant titles and relevant descriptions matter most. That way when a shopper searches for an item they are going to get results that matter.

To Answer Brilliantly

Remember these tips:

  • Use links to other sources to support your opinions
  • Use examples where possible
  • Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?

Should I post a comment or an answer?

You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?

Post an answer for:

  • Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question

Post a comment for:

  • "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
  • When you would like the original poster to provide more details
  • When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
