Why is real-time chat not ever available???

We are a Bonanza Pro Member and pay additional monthly fee so we can have access to additional services/benefits. However, whenever we need support (e.g. Real-Time Chat support) IT IS ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE!!! Can someone from Bonanza Support Department respond to this? Thank you.

Sorry for the confusion. Live chat is available Mondy – Friday from 9am to 5pm PST. The live chat icon can be found on the lower right-hand side of each page, for subscribing members.(Scroll to the right of this image to see the icon)
