Does bonanza offer a credit card application so a customer can maybe get approved for a credit card to make purchases with you?

Bonanza doesn’t do financing and does not deal in providing credit to customers. However, if your buyers have (or obtain) a credit card from other sources (banks, etc.), they can use that credit card to pay for Bonanza purchases. YOU have to be approved through Bonanza before your items can be paid for with Credit cards (called Direct Checkout). If you are not approved, buyers can still use credit cards through PayPal, which you can choose to use on Bonanza.
