Usually you can hover over your existing item photos from the “edit items” page and receive three [URL removed] edit, duplicate or delete. Today, nothing happens when I hover over the photos, and the only way to edit is to click the item title and then click “edit items” within the listing. How can I make duplicate items now? Very confusing.
BTW.. I tried using Chrome, IE8 and Firefox.. no go in any browser.

Thanks Mark.. kind of scared me when I couldn’t find the “regular” help forums and saw nothing listed in the Community Help section. Is there (or are there any plans for) a regularly updated “known issues” page anywhere on the site to which sellers can directly navigate when these sorts of things come up? That could make a nice section within the new Community Home page, maybe right below the “New on Bonanza” column. Thanks again for the info!

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
