1. I see that you don’t have a membership of any kind at the moment. So, unless you previously had a membership and canceled it, the extra $19.37 came from somewhere else. Did you purchase any Turbo Boosts or any other advertising feature from Bonanza?

2. Check previous statements for earlier months… maybe something carried over.

3. Did you purchase shipping through Bonanza when you shipped the item?

[URL removed] Now that i’ve re-read your question, do you mean that you assumed that the fee would be 3.% ($4.38), but were instead charged $23.75 ? If so, then the answer from ccmom certainly does make sense.

since I see your items in google…and $23.75 is 19% of $125.00, I am assuming that you have your Advertising set at 19%..(the 3.5% is if you opt for no google advertising)

Your final value fees are charged based on the advertising you signed up for and on based on how many ad clicks your item received.

To see the # of ad clicks your item received, there should be a small i (mouse over or click on it) next to the fees on the statement

You can also see the number of ad clicks your items receive in Batch edit>>>Advertising.

You only pay for the ads if the item sells otherwise, bonanza is paying for the ads

if this is not the case, then you should contact support

You can see the break down if you click on “Selling dashboard”, then click on “Statements” then click on the month you are looking for when you sold the item.
