I was told there was one but mine does not work, so I had to turn off my chat. I would prefer it on but don’t want to keep checking every few minutes when I am working to see if someone is there. Can this be fixed?

Just leave the chat window on (click the hide link, if you yourself do not want to see it)…anyone coming into your booth and wishing to leave a message or to chat with you can open the chat window themselves and can click on the link to request a chat…..otherwise they will just post a message in the box….If no one actually sent the request, you were not notified…if they just posted in the box..they probably did not want to chat..just wanted to say hi
You don’t have to continually check it….you will be notified if anyone makes the request…

I’m not sure it works at all Jewels. I keep mine on but can’t remember the last time i heard any sounds.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
