I sold an item, and just shipped it today. I went to my sold items on bonanza and added the tracking #, right after i did that, it kicked me out saying i was not logged in….Ok so i logged in again…..i went back to that sold item, but now it is not showing where the tracking # is, and does not give me anyplace to add it! yet it is saying it was shipped today….What should i do?

The ‘hiccup’ recorded the “shipped” portion when you tried the first time, but since the number was not added, you unfortunately cannot do it now…an edit option does show if mistakenly added the wrong tracking, but does not appear if you mark as shipped with no tracking
however, there is a box that says seller’s notes, I have added tracking there when things like that have happened to me in the past…
Email the buyer and send the tracking directly to them if you feel you need to

That would be a bummer if you used Direct Checkout. No tracking number would delay release of the payment to the seller.

If they paid by PayPal, you cam go to the transaction and add it there. PayPal wi;l send your buyer an e-mail with the tracking number

Go back to shipping page, click Edit next to tracking number.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
