OK, Mark is high profile and I know “Judy” from Bonanza support email. Bharding seems to have started all this and there are a few other names that used to come up a lot. (There was a young fellow who seemed to take over for Mark for a short time—but I haven’t seen him since.)
Is there a place on Bonanza to introduce the staff?

There is not. I have never seen a selling venue where staff is named or introduced in the about us area. Not to say it can’t be done, but there must be a reason no one does this.

I believe there is someone named Tom Wayne that pops into the Community pages every so often.
I have seen Jordan pop into the Community pages pretty heavily at times when we’ve discussed attributes for Google shopping.

There used to be a little Bio of Bill and Mark and I think it was in the About section. However I know that recently disappeared. Also when new staff came on they were introduced in the forums, but since the forum change I don’t know where they would put that. Unfortunate that newcomers don’t get an idea of who they are working with…it was one of the things that I always felt made Bonanza stand out from the rest.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
