Who do i contact when support doesn't provide solutions?

I’ve been having one issue after another with listing information not showing up correctly in Google Ads and NexTag. When I contact support they are very nice, but not very helpful… and by that I mean the problems simply don’t get solved. So who do I contact when the Tier 2 Happiness Producers fail to produce Happiness?

This is an official Bonanza response.

Sorry for the not so good experience @Eklektik. Product feeds are a bit tricky to diagnose when all things appear fine on our side. Upon further research, it looks like there are a few things happening with your listings.

Dashes get converted to spaces by Google on Google Shopping. We also have a clean-up tool on Bonanza that cleans up titles on listings that have a high % of capital letters. We are going to polish that tool to exclude listings like yours. Once complete, your next feed sent to Google will correct the format issues.

Thank you for your patience and for taking time out of your day to help us see the trouble on that one. May you have many sales soon!

Thank you for taking the time to respond. Truly awesome to know you’re listening and working to make it work better for all of us.

Just looking at a few items…
your titles are not google compliant

mpn has spaces or symbols

Condition should not be mentioned in the title or the first 250 characters of description but only in the attributes or in lower part of description that does not go to google

to name a few…also

Some of your items have long titles. You can submit titles with up to 150 characters, but because we only display up to 70 characters on Google Shopping, we strongly encourage you to submit titles with 70 or less characters whenever possible.

Please note that we use automated systems to determine excessive capitalized text and sometimes items get flagged incorrectly.

Just to name a couple

Bonanza will provide platform and submit feeds…and can correct minor things and clean up some things…but it is up to you to ensure your items meet google specifications…

I do not know the specifications for NexTag…

I would suggest going to your feed diagnostics
Selling Dashboard
Reports
Feed Diagnostics
click on US account number…this will show which items were accepted by google

Also
Initiate a feed status review

This will return items that google rejected..please note google does not tell you why they rejected them, something you have to figure on your own…and unless you can find someone who can review your feed for you (you can request it, to review yourself)

Going on what you posted, did a search & found both google’s and nextag’s feed specs. Easier to make things compliant when you know the rules. Thanks!

amazon ignors google, ebay does a lot for the seller that they do not realize…everywhere else, it is pretty much up to the seller to make sure your items are ‘good’ to go..Again Good Luck
